The Stone Mountain Department of Public Safety has a challenging mission, and from what we have seen, they are doing a great job.

The emergency phone number is 770-413-5333. The non-emergency number is 770-498-5675. Emergency Call Boxes are located throughout the Park. The facility is located on Hugh Howell Road next to the Special Events Meadow.

The Public Safety Department is responsible for Police, Fire, Emergency Medical, and Rescue services for visitors and employees. Every year they oversee four to five million people and handle five to six thousand calls.
